The short version: play fair and enjoy the games. They are made with care by a one-person studio. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.

Using our apps
By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. You may use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial fun.
Free to play, with ads
Our games are free to play and show ads. Ads are covered by our Privacy Policy.
Purchases
- Purchases, like removing ads, are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply to payment, refunds and subscriptions. [CHECK]
- For a refund, ask Apple or Google. We cannot give refunds ourselves.
- You can cancel a subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you reinstall the app or get a new phone, use Restore purchases in Settings.
In-game items
Coins, boosters, hats, stickers and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be sold or traded. We may change how they work to keep the game balanced.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device. If you delete the app, clear site data or lose your phone, your progress may be lost. We don't keep a copy, so we can't bring it back. To move it to a new phone, use Move progress to a new phone in Settings.
Play fair
Please don't:
- hack, cheat with modified versions, or try to break our servers;
- overload or misuse the transfer-code service;
- copy, sell or reuse our games, art, music or text without permission.
Our content
The apps, their art, music, characters, levels and text belong to Tiny Thinks (Alyona Din) or are used with permission. Tanglaway and Tanglings are names we use for our game. [CHECK]
No guarantees
We work hard to make our apps good and reliable. Still, they are provided “as is”. We can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs. We may update, change or stop an app at any time.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost progress or data. If we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [CHECK]
If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer law in your country gives you. Nothing in these terms limits them.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [CHECK: country], unless the law of your country says otherwise for consumers.
